We are giving the platform away while we train groups and get them onto it. The prices below are what you will pay afterwards, so there is no surprise later. Groups of up to 10 members stay free for good.

How paying works
Every chama is free until 30 April 2027 — no card, no commitment. When you are ready, your chairperson or treasurer submits the M-Pesa code for the payment and we verify it against the receiving account before the plan activates.
If a subscription lapses, your records stay readable and exportable. Only new entries are paused.

How does the free plan work?
Groups with 10 or fewer members are free forever — no trial expiry, no card needed. You only pay when your group grows beyond 10.
What happens when the free period ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your records stay readable and exportable, and only new entries pause until a plan is active. Groups of 10 or fewer members stay free and are not affected at all.
How does payment work?
Your chairperson or treasurer submits the M-Pesa reference code for the monthly payment. We verify it against the receiving account before the plan activates — no card, no online payment gateway.
Can we downgrade if our group gets smaller?
Yes. Contact support and we will move you to the right tier for your current membership count.
What is the SACCO plan?
The SACCO tier covers large registered societies with unlimited members and priority support. SACCO-specific features (share capital, dividends, balance sheet export) are on the roadmap.
