Bring in five groups on the middle plan and that is KES 18,000. There is no limit on how many groups you bring in.

Let us be straight with you
Kenyan savings groups have lost a great deal of money to schemes built on recruiting people. We are not one, and the rules below are built into the system rather than printed in a brochure.
- You earn from groups you bring in. Never from groups they go on to bring in. There is no second level.
- There is nothing to buy, nothing to pay us, and no stock to hold.
- You are paid out of what a group pays us, never out of any group's savings.
- You will never hold or handle a chama's money, and you agree to that when you apply.
- Chamabora is record-keeping software. It is not an investment and it returns nothing.
- You tell groups you are paid if they join through you. We would rather you were trusted.
Questions
- How much do I earn?
- 30% of what a chama you bring in pays, for its first six months. On the plan most groups use that is KES 600 a month, so KES 3,600 from one group.
- When am I paid?
- Monthly, by M-Pesa, once your balance passes KES 500. Anything below that carries over to the next month. You can see what you have earned and what has been paid at any time.
- Do I need my own chama?
- No. This is for anyone who knows savings groups: trainers, bookkeepers, accountants, church and SACCO officials. If you do run a chama, it earns free months instead of a personal commission.
- What counts as a group I brought in?
- A chama that joins through your link and then actually gets going: at least five members on the roster and one contribution recorded and confirmed. Signing up alone does not count.
- Do I earn from groups they bring in?
- No, and this is deliberate. You earn from groups you bring in and nothing beyond that. There is no second level, no team and nothing to recruit people into. It is a commission, not a scheme.
- When does the money start?
- Every chama is free until 30 April 2027, so nothing is owed on a group until it starts paying after that. Groups you bring in now are recorded against you and pay out when they begin paying.
